Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-16. Last updated October 16, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and QuickQualifier, LLC of Vancouver, Washington ("Quick Qualifier", "we", "us"). They apply to your Quick Qualifier site and everything on it: the calculators, PDF summaries, flyers and other tools (the "service"). You agree to them when you tick the box at sign-up, at payment or when you sign in. If you sign up for a team, you agree for it, and each loan officer on the team also agrees when they sign in.
1. Who it's for
Quick Qualifier is a tool for mortgage professionals. It is not for consumers to use on their own. You must be at least 18 and use it for your work.
2. Results are estimates
- Everything the service produces (payments, closing costs, cash to close, qualifying figures, comparisons, flyers and PDF summaries) is an estimate. It depends on the numbers you enter and on assumptions about rates, taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, fees and loan program rules, which change often.
- Results are not a loan offer, a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, a Loan Estimate or Closing Disclosure, or financial, legal or tax advice.
- You must check every figure before you give it to a client or anyone else, and you are responsible for what you give them. Don't rely on the service as the only basis for any decision.
- We work to keep the calculations accurate, but we don't promise they are free of errors, complete or up to date.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to you and your clients, including lending, disclosure, advertising and privacy rules (for example TILA, RESPA and TRID, fair lending laws and state advertising rules for flyers), and your employer's policies.
- You are responsible for the information you put on your site, including your clients' details. Only enter client information you are allowed to use, and keep your password private.
- Don't misuse the service: no illegal, misleading or harmful content, no attempts to break into it or disrupt it, and no reselling it without our agreement.
4. Your subscription
- Monthly: $14.99 a month, renewing automatically each month until you cancel.
- Yearly: $149.99 a year. You choose whether it renews automatically.
- Existing customers: $95 for the first year if renewed by December 31, 2026, then the yearly price.
- Teams: priced per seat, billed yearly to whoever pays for the team, usually the company.
- Sales tax is added where it applies. Prices can change; we'll tell you before a change affects your next renewal.
5. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time from Manage billing on your site. Your site stays open until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, except where the law requires it. If your subscription ends, your site stops working after a short grace period. We keep its settings so you can come back by paying again.
6. The service "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will always be available or free of errors.
7. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or losses you or your clients have from relying on any result, even if we were told they might happen. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Claims against us about your use
If someone, including one of your clients, makes a claim against us because of how you used the service, the figures you gave them, the content on your site or your breaking these terms, you agree to defend us and cover our resulting losses and reasonable costs.
9. Suspending or ending a site
We may suspend or close a site that is unpaid, misused or in breach of these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the version date above and ask you to agree again at your next sign-in or payment. If you don't agree, you can cancel.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts for Clark County, Washington.
