This policy explains what QuickQualifier, LLC ("we") keeps about loan officers who use Quick Qualifier, and why.

What we keep

• Account details: your name, email, company, NMLS number, phone numbers, photo and logo, and your site settings.
• Payments: your plan and payment history. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Devices: when you choose "remember me", a sign-in token on that device so you stay signed in.
• Usage: standard web server logs (pages visited, time, browser) used to keep the service running and to see which features are used.

Your clients' information

Figures you enter into the calculators, and any clients you save in your client list, are kept only to run your site. We don't sell them or use them for anything else.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run Quick Qualifier, such as Stripe for payments and our email provider for sign-in codes and receipts. We don't sell personal information.

How we protect your information

• Encrypted connections: your site and this website are served only over HTTPS, so what you send and see is encrypted on the way.
• Card details: entered straight into Stripe's secure payment fields and kept by Stripe, which is certified to the payment card industry's highest security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). Card numbers never pass through or rest on our servers.
• Passwords and sign-in codes: we never store your password itself, only a one-way scrambled version (a salted hash) that can't be turned back into it. Sign-in codes and "remember me" tokens are stored the same way, and sign-in codes expire.
• Limited access: only Quick Qualifier staff who support customers can reach account information, through a password-protected admin area.

No system is perfectly secure, but if we learn of a breach that affects your information, we'll tell you promptly.

Your choices

You can update your details on your site's Setup page, and ask us to close your account and delete your data by emailing support@quickqualifier.com.
