I forgot my password
Go to your site (your username followed by .quickqualifier.com) and choose "Email me a sign-in code". We'll email a 6-digit code to the address on your account. Type it in to sign in, then set a new password from My account.
How do I change the card I pay with?
Sign in to your site and open Manage billing. You can update your card there at any time.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage billing on your site and cancel. Your site stays open until the end of the period you've paid for.
Where do I get a receipt?
Sign in to your site and open Manage billing to see and download past receipts.
Is there a free trial?
No, but the demo lets you try every calculator before you sign up.
I can't remember my username
Email support@quickqualifier.com with your name and company and we'll tell you your site's address.
